The Champagne Les terres mĂȘlĂ©es from Domaine de Bichery is a Blanc de Noirs obtained from Pinot Noir grown in a set of estate parcels in the CĂŽte des Bar. This edition, based on the 2022 harvest, was created as a pure and linear expression of the grape variety, offered without dosage â Brut Nature (0 g/l) â to enhance identity, clarity, and stylistic precision to the fullest. The absence of final dosage amplifies transparency and tension, offering an authentic interpretation that remains faithful to the artisanal vision of the Domaine.
In tasting, Les terres mĂȘlĂ©es presents itself as essential and sharp, supported by a fine and continuous perlage. The attack is tense and direct, driven by vibrant energy that gradually unfolds into a broader and more textural structure. Notes of ripe stone fruit, golden brioche, citrus nuances, and a marked mineral tension emerge, giving depth and extending a precise and clean persistence. Production is extremely limited, with only 5,066 bottles.
