The Champagne Rosé Les Fontaines from Domaine de Bichery comes from Pinot Noir grown in the Côte des Bar with an approach based on environmental respect and the enhancement of the terroir. This edition, based on the 2022 harvest, expresses a mature and linear balance, giving rise to a cuvée of great clarity and strong territorial identity.

The wine is inspired by the parcel La Fontaine du Noyer, from which it takes its name and character: a site capable of modulating its profile depending on the vintage while maintaining a coherent stylistic signature. The vinification, carried out with utmost delicacy, aims to preserve the vitality and tension of the fruit, enhancing the expressive transparency of Pinot Noir. Disgorgement is performed without any dosage, in a Brut Nature style, to define an essential, vibrant profile supported by fine mineral energy. Production is limited: 4,145 bottles and 137 magnums.

In tasting, Rosé Les Fontaines reveals a fresh, vertical profile and precision. On the nose, notes of pomegranate, redcurrant, citrus peel, floral hints, and a touch of dried herbs emerge. On the palate, it stands out for its balance between juiciness and tension, with a saline texture that amplifies the sense of purity. The structure is fine, the progression linear, the persistence clean and vibrant, supported by a dry and incisive finish that highlights the mineral component and the maturity of the vintage.

Produced in a limited edition of 4,145 bottles and 137 magnums.
