Coteaux Champenois Pierre Brocard
Blanc 2022
The Côteaux Champenois Blanc 2022 by Brocard Pierre is an elegant white wine of great character, crafted from a blend of 50% Pinot Noir (vinified as a white wine) and 50% Pinot Blanc. The grapes come exclusively from the lieux-dits “Bondonnot” and “La Lemblée,” two parcels located near the village of Celles-sur-Ource, in the heart of the Côte des Bar. Vinification takes place in 500-liter oak barrels, followed by aging in stainless steel for approximately 12 months. Bottling was carried out in September 2023, ensuring perfect balance and remarkable freshness.
On the palate, Côteaux Champenois Blanc 2022 displays a bright straw-yellow color with golden reflections. The nose offers a complex and refined bouquet: floral notes blend with hints of fresh citrus, white peach, almond, and subtle nuances of honey and butter. On the palate, it is vibrant and structured, with lively acidity balancing its creamy texture. The finish is long and savory, with an elegant mineral persistence that reflects its terroir of origin.
