The Champagne Nature by Bonnaire is a Blanc de Blancs born entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown in the village of Cramant, an iconic Grand Cru of the CĂ´te des Blancs. This label embodies the ultimate expression of transparency, where the complete absence of sugar lets the celebrated chalky, limestone terroir speak without filters, bestowing mineral tension, verticality and a crystalline purity that authentically tells the most naked and sincere soul of this extraordinary corner of Champagne.
This edition, enriched with 15% vin de réserve, takes shape through vinification and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, with full malolactic fermentation, while after tirage comes an ageing on the lees of more than 48 months. With no final dosage, in Brut Nature style, it heightens the gustatory tension and saline structure of the wine.
On tasting, it reveals a bright gold robe streaked with luminous reflections, foreshadowing an aromatic range in which white flowers and ripe fruit intertwine with delicate notes of pastry and fresh hazelnut. On the palate it expresses a creamy, deep substance, supported by an incisive mineral acidity and a salinity that amplifies its energy, leading to a long, taut finish of great purity, marked by the unmistakable chalky texture of its terroir.
