The Champagne Brut Réserve by Bérêche & Fils represents the emblematic cuvée of the Domaine, an authentic expression of the Bérêche brothers’ artisanal vision and the diversity of Champagne’s terroirs. It is crafted from a harmonious blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier sourced from around fifteen parcels located across the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne, and the village of Ludes, reflecting a mosaic of origins interpreted with coherence and sensitivity.

Vinification takes place primarily in oak, with spontaneous fermentations and a low-intervention approach that favors integrity and precision of expression. After bottling, the wine ages on its lees for at least 24 months, gaining greater complexity and depth. The dosage, in Brut style, is carefully calibrated to support the structure without compromising tension and clarity, maintaining a dynamic and focused balance.

On the palate, Brut Réserve stands out for its complex and elegant profile: the nose reveals white flowers, white-fleshed fruit, citrus nuances, and delicate spicy hints, underscored by a refined chalky imprint. The palate is energetic and precise, with a well-defined saline texture and a fine mousse that carries through to a fresh, long, and consistent finish.
