The Champagne Chardonnay by Aurore Casanova is an exceptional Blanc de Blancs, a sincere and luminous expression of Chardonnay grown mainly in the Grand Cru of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the renowned Côte des Blancs, from old vines farmed biodynamically, without any use of chemical herbicides or insecticides, with an approach that safeguards the vitality of the soil and reveals the identity of the terroir with precision.

This edition, based on the 2023 harvest, is vinified with artisanal care and left to mature for over 10 months in fût de chêne; bottling is followed by ageing on its own lees for at least 24 months, a rest that allows the wine to develop complexity, harmony, and depth while keeping its varietal freshness intact. The final dosage is very low, in the Extra Brut style.

On tasting, it stands out for a vertical, refined profile, in which crystalline citrus, white flowers, chalky hints, and a vibrant mineral tension interweave. The Extra Brut dosage discreetly enhances the purity of the style, offering a clear, incisive reading of the prestigious Grand Cru of origin. Produced in a limited edition of just 3,903 individually numbered bottles.
