Champagne Aubry
Extra Brut
The Champagne Extra Brut by Aubry is crafted from a blend predominantly of Meunier, completed in equal parts by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The grapes come exclusively from vineyards located in Premier Cru villages of the Vallée de la Marne.
Vinification takes place in stainless steel and oak, followed by a minimum of 36 months of ageing on the lees, which lends the wine depth and balance. The Extra Brut dosage (3 g/l) enhances freshness, tension and precision, while preserving the pure expression of the fruit.
In tasting, Aubry’s Extra Brut shows a fine and persistent mousse; on the nose it reveals citrus notes, white-fleshed fruit, delicate floral hints and touches of dried fruit. The palate is tense and vertical, supported by a clear mineral structure and vibrant freshness, with a long, saline finish that highlights its elegance.
