Champagne Alexandre Bonnet
Hardy 2019
The Champagne Hardy by Alexandre Bonnet is a Blanc de Noirs made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested from 30-year-old vines located near the village of Les Riceys on the CĂ´te des Bar. The Domaine uses sustainable viticulture practices to preserve and support biodiversity in the vineyards. All its wines are certified HVE - Haute Valeur Environnementale. The grapes are selected according to so-called clonal and massal selection from vines of an average age of around 30 years to preserve their intra-varietal genetic variability. Harvest 2019, ageing on the lees for at least 40 months and a low final dosage of less than 3 g/l - making it an Extra Brut - to preserve the wine's purity.
The Champagne Hardy by Alexandre Bonnet is clear with golden reflections. On the nose it is fine and complex, with floral aromas (lily) and a touch of citrus (lime). On the palate it is elegant and vibrant, with intense minerality and great verticality.
Produced in a limited edition of only 7,943 bottles.
