The Champagne Les Courtisols du Fût[ur] by Sacy Soeur & Frère is an exceptional Blanc de Noirs, made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the renowned Lieu-Dit “Les Courtisols”, located near the Grand Cru of Verzy, one of the most prestigious areas of the Montagne de Reims. This cuvée interprets with artisanal sensitivity the greatness of Verzy’s Pinot Noir, delivering a profile of profound elegance and strong territorial identity.

An edition from the 2021 harvest, this wine is born from spontaneous fermentation and maturation in fût de chêne, without any filtration, in order to preserve its original purity and direct connection to the terroir. After tirage, it undergoes a long aging on the lees for over 30 months, which gives the wine complexity, depth, and harmony. The absence of final dosage (Brut Nature) highlights the aromatic precision and freshness of the fruit, offering an authentic, pure, and mineral expression of Verzy’s Pinot Noir, free from any superfluous intervention.

On tasting, Les Courtisols du Fût[ur] displays a golden hue with copper reflections and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose opens with notes of red berries, citrus zest, and delicate spices, accented by hints of hazelnut, vanilla, and flint stone. The palate is broad and tense, supported by vibrant freshness and an elegant, structured texture, unfolding into a long, dry, and saline finish.
