Champagne Pertois-Moriset
Les Quatre Terroirs Magnum
The Champagne Les Quatre Terroirs by Pertois-Moriset is the family Champagne Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the vineyards of the four villages of the Domaine in CĂ´te des Blancs classified as Grand Cru: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cramant and Chouilly.
This Champagne is made from 70% of the 2019 vintage and 30% vin de réserve stored in the cellar. Vinification and fermentation occur in steel tanks (75%) and in fút de chêne, maturation on the lees for approximately 60 months with a final dosage of 1.5 g/l - makit it an Extra Brut.
The Champagne Les Quatre Terroirs by Pertois-Moriset has an elegant golden yellow colour with amber reflections. The smell is very expressive, with notes of dried and ripe fruit. In the mouth you can taste the great class of its perlage and structure, with hints of walnuts, cream and pastry.
