Intuition Rosé
The Champagne Brut Rosé by Legras & Haas is a cuvée with a vibrant personality, gracefully embodying the refinement of Champenois savoir-faire. At the heart of the blend, Pinot Noir expresses its full aromatic integrity, sourced exclusively from first pressings. The red wines from Les Riceys provide structure and depth, while Chardonnays from Chouilly and Vitry bring incisive freshness, enhancing the wine’s balance and expressive transparency.
The current edition is based on the 2021 harvest, with a blend of 58% Chardonnay, 12% Meunier, 19% Pinot Noir vinified as white and 11% vinified as red. Vinification takes place entirely in stainless steel, followed by at least 24 months of ageing on the lees. The final Brut dosage (6 g/l) supports the overall harmony without compromising the wine’s precision.
On the palate, Intuition Rosé reveals a very pale pink hue, which belies a surprisingly intense aromatic and gustatory structure. It displays refined notes of fresh red berries, pomegranate, and citrus peel, supported by a well-integrated mineral tension. Beneath its light and seductive allure lies a deep and contemplative soul, unfolding with grace and discipline.
