The Champagne Intuition by Legras & Haas stems from the experience of the historic estate based in Chouilly, a Grand Cru village in the Côte des Blancs, guided through generations with consistency and vision. This cuvée represents the most direct and recognizable expression of the house style: a Brut Champagne capable of combining precision, balance, and a deep connection to its terroir. The blend enhances the chalky character of the area, maintaining an elegant and contemporary profile designed to clearly convey the identity of Champagne.

This edition, base vintage 2022, is crafted from the three traditional varieties – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier – with a predominance of grapes sourced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages. Vinification takes place mainly in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatic clarity. After tirage, the wine ages on its lees for at least 24 months, developing greater complexity and a fine, consistent perlage. The Brut dosage supports overall harmony, allowing the mineral component to emerge with balance.

On the palate, Intuition shows a bright straw-yellow color and a fine, persistent mousse. The aromatic profile reveals fresh citrus, crisp apple, white flowers, and delicate hints of brioche. It displays vibrant freshness, a creamy texture, and a linear progression sustained by lively chalky minerality. The finish is harmonious and persistent, with a precise balance between acidity and rounded fruit character.
