Le Rosé
The Champagne Le Rosé by Billecart Salmon is a blend of the 3 main grape varieties authorised in the Champagne region: Chardonnay, Meunier and Pinot Noir (vinified red). The trade secrets and vinification method of this Cuvée go back to the origins of the Maison Billecart-Salmon and the transmission of this for seven generations.
The Champagne Le Rosé by Billecart Salmon has a pale pink colour however radiant, with warm, golden tones, while its delicate bubbles provide persistent foam. To the nose, it reveals a bouquet with notes of red fruit and citrus fruits is reported. No less influential is the flavour that attacks the mouth precise and elegant, followed by a finish of complete freshness.
A reference Champagne Rosé that surprises with its great finesse and vivacity with its subtle and mouth-watering aromas.
