The Champagne La Lemblée by Julien Prélat is the fruit of 100% Pinot Blancs from the same-name Lieu-Dit, in a vineyard over 24 years old, located on Kimmeridgian and marl-clay terroir near the village of Celler-sur-Ouce, in the Côtes des Bar. Harvest 2017 with vinification in steel and fût de chêne, over 60 months on its lees and final dosage of less than 6 g/l - making it an Extra Brut.

A Champagne Blanc de Blancs of great finesse and elegance, produced in a limited edition of only 1,100 bottles and 60 magnums.

The Domaine Julien Prélat is located in the heart of Côte des Bar in the village of Celles-sur-Ource. It is with a love of well done work and a passion for wine that Karine and Julien offer Champagnes that reflect all the peculiarities of their terroir. Julien represents the fourth generation of winemakers in his family and applies a reasoned cultivation of the inherited land. His passion for oenology drives him to develop unique and rare wines, known as pure wines that fully express their different characteristics. At every stage of the production process, he is constantly striving for perfection, in order to satisfy his customers while respecting ancestral traditions.

Concerned about the land and the legacy to be left to future generations, Julien practises a quality and reasoned cultivation. Faithful to his principles, he is present in every phase of the life of his vineyards, from sowing to harvesting and the result is there to see: splendid vineyards and grapes of excellent quality. Julien vinifies each individual plot separately (lieux-dits) and keeps his wines in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels to ensure optimal product evolution. Ardent defender of 'Made in France', he only uses materials made 100% by French companies - true partners in his success.
