Champagne Henriot
Rosé
The Champagne Rosé by Henriot elegantly expresses the Maison’s historic sensitivity for refined, precise and luminous wines. This cuvée interprets rosé through a measured balance of aromatic freshness, delicate fruit and mineral tension, enhancing the chalky texture that has always distinguished the Henriot style. The result is a Champagne of great finesse, designed to combine intensity, grace and depth without losing energy or natural expressiveness.
This non-vintage edition is composed of approximately 80% Pinot Noir grapes and 20% Chardonnay, with a proportion of vin de réserve ranging from 20% to 40% depending on the year. The assemblage also includes 8% to 10% still red wine from Pinot Noir grown in a parcel in the cru of Aÿ, adding colour, depth and a delicate red-fruit texture. After tirage, the wine ages on the lees for at least 3 years. The final dosage of less than 7 g/l, in Brut style, preserves balance and freshness.
In tasting, Rosé stands out for its fine, luminous profile, with notes of whitecurrant, small red berries, delicate citrus fruit and floral nuances. On the palate, the freshness is clear and almost chalky, supported by an elegant structure and a precise progression. The finish is harmonious, persistent and clean, with a pleasant mineral tension that accompanies the fruity dimension without weighing down the overall balance.
