The Champagne Blanc de Blancs by Henriot is an exclusive blend crafted from the Maison’s vineyards planted with Chardonnay, expressing the various stages of the vineyard’s life. With the aim of showcasing the full expression of Chardonnay, Maison Henriot creates a Champagne where the art of blending lies at its core. The proportion of crus varies depending on the vintage, but the result consistently highlights the unique characteristics of Chardonnay.
Composed exclusively of Chardonnay from 12 selected crus, the blend includes 50-70% wines of the base vintage and 30-50% reserve wines, including the perpetual reserve. Aged for a minimum of 3 years, with a final dosage of less than 7 g/L, it is classified as Brut.
Henriot Blanc de Blancs is distinguished by its remarkable generosity. The diversity of wines selected for the blend offers a rich aromatic range, where exoticism and exuberance are balanced with elegance and finesse. Aromas intertwine to create impressive complexity: from flambéed pineapple and fresh citrus notes to wet chalk and delicate pastry aromas. On the palate, this Champagne reveals an incredibly velvety texture, accompanied by extraordinary freshness.
