The Champagne Insolent by Gaston Chiquet originates in the villages of the Vallée de la Marne, where the family cultivates vineyards rooted in clay-limestone soils capable of expressing balance and precision. This label reflects the Domaine’s most convivial and immediate style, enhancing the identity of the territory through a blend that highlights Meunier, supported by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, resulting in a harmonious and recognizable profile.

The cuvée is crafted through traditional vinification and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with full malolactic fermentation to encourage roundness and integration. After tirage, it undergoes lees aging for at least 24 months, a period that contributes to aromatic complexity and finesse of the perlage. The final dosage of 8 g/l, in Brut style, supports the overall balance while maintaining freshness and expressive drinkability.

On the palate, Insolent displays a bright golden yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet reveals notes of white-fleshed fruit, ripe citrus, and light hints of dried fruit, complemented by delicate floral nuances. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, with good sapidity, balanced structure, and a clean finish marked by appreciable persistence and aromatic consistency.
