Coteaux Champenois François Secondé
Sillery Rouge
The Coteaux Champenois Rouge by Françoise Secondé is the result of grapes from the prestigious Grand Cru of Sillery and an authentic and refined expression of the Champagne wine-making tradition. This still wine comes from old Pinot Noir vines grown in this famous village, a unique terroir that gives the wine elegance and complexity.
Vinification takes place with a long cuvaison, during which two pumpovers per day are carried out, ensuring optimal extraction of aromas, colour and structure. The wine is matured in a combination of wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks, where malolactic fermentation also takes place. This process gives roundness and smoothness to the wine's taste profile. The wine does not undergo filtration, thus preserving all its authenticity. After ageing, it rests in barrels for at least one year before bottling.
The Coteaux Champenois Rouge Sillery has a splendid ruby red colour. On the nose and palate, the wine is characterised by its freshness, lightness and fruity bouquet, with accents of fresh red fruits that make it particularly inviting.
