The Champagne Spécial Club Rosé "La Confiance de Mon Père" 2020 by Famille Moussé is a cuvée of rare elegance, an authentic expression of Meunier in the Vallée de la Marne. It is a Rosé de Saignée made from 100% Meunier sourced from the single parcel "Les Bouts de la Ville" in Cuisles. Vinification involves a 168-hour skin infusion, followed by over 36 months of ageing on the lees. The minimal dosage, equal to 0.5 g/l (Extra Brut), preserves its expressive integrity.
On tasting, the Rosé "La Confiance de Mon Père" shows a deep pink colour, while the nose offers a complex bouquetwith notes of pomegranate, citrus peel, freshly baked bread, and wild herbs. On the palate, it reveals a creamy mousse, vibrant freshness, and a long, savoury finish.
