Champagne Emmanuel Brochet
Le Mont Benoit V22
Lo Champagne Le Mont Benoit di Emmanuel Brochet è un raffinato assemblaggio di Pinot Noir, Meunier e Chardonnay, ottenuto dalle uve dell’omonimo Lieu-Dit situato nei pressi del villaggio di Villers-aux-Noeuds, classificato Premier Cru nella Montagne de Reims. Una parcella identitaria che Brochet interpreta con approccio artigianale e grande attenzione all’equilibrio del terroir.
Questa edizione, ottenuta dalla vendemmia 2022, prevede una vinificazione e maturazione in fût de chêne per 11 mesi, passaggio che conferisce struttura, finezza e profondità aromatica alla cuvée. Dopo il tiraggio, il vino affina per un minimo di 24 mesi sui lieviti, con un dosaggio finale inferiore a 3 g/l, in stile Extra Brut.
In degustazione, Le Mont Benoit rivela un profilo preciso, elegante e vibrante, con note di frutto chiaro, accenti agrumati, lieve tostatura e una componente minerale ben scolpita. Al palato mostra equilibrio, materia e tensione, con una persistenza lineare che ne valorizza la purezza espressiva. La produzione è a tiratura limitata, pari a 12.462 bottiglie.
