The Champagne La Comédie Rosé 2019 by Emilien Allouchery is a refined and intriguing expression of the Petite Montagne de Reims, born from the blend of 60% Pinot Noir (including 8% vin rouge) from Écueil and 40% Chardonnay from Ville-Dommange, both villages classified as Premier Cru. The vines take root in clay-sandy and silty soils, enhancing the complexity and fineness of the terroir.

This wine ferments 90% in fût de chêne and 10% in sandstone amphorae, followed by 10 months on the total lees. Malolactic fermentation is partial, preserving liveliness and balance in the flavor profile. The wine undergoes neither collage nor filtration, maintaining the purity of the fruit. After more than four years of aging on the lees, it is finished with a dosage of 3.5 g/l - Extra Brut, which enhances the aromatic elegance and the precision of the blend.
