Champagne Antoine Bouvet
Les Fleurs du Silence
The Champagne Les Fleurs du Silence is a deeply evocative cuvée, signed by Antoine Bouvet, a young and promising vigneron from Avenay-Val-d’Or. The blend brings together Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, sourced exclusively from parcels cultivated on chalky soils in the same village. The wine originates from a réserve perpétuellespanning from 2015 to 2021, representing a memory of the terroir and a coherent vision over time.
Vinification takes place in used barriques, with spontaneous fermentations, no fining, filtration or added sulphites. After bottling, the wine matures for 30 months on the lees before manual disgorgement with no dosage (Brut Nature). The name “Les Fleurs du Silence” reflects the contemplative soul of the project, where time and silence become tools of authentic expression.
On tasting, Les Fleurs du Silence stands out for its incisive and saline texture, with notes of candied citrus, medicinal herbs, chalk and perfectly integrated oxidative hints. The balance between energy and depth defines a long and vibrant finish, a pure and radical expression of Bouvet’s winemaking vision.
