Rosé Les Monts de la Vallée Magnum
The Champagne Rosé Les Monts de la Vallée by Antoine Bouvet is a cuvée of great refinement, composed of 75% Pinot Noir – 16% of which vinified as red wine – and 25% Chardonnay, sourced from 40-year-old vines located in the villages of Avenay-Val-d’Or, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, and Bisseuil, in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. The base wine blends the 2021 and 2020 vintages, vinified in stainless steel and followed by at least 30 months of ageing on the lees, with an Extra Brut dosage of 3 g/l, designed to enhance expressive purity, tension, and verticality.
On the palate, Rosé Les Monts de la Vallée captivates with its elegant and enveloping profile, revealing notes of red berries, citrus zest, delicate floral nuances, and a well-defined chalky minerality. The fine mousse supports a tense and vibrant sip, culminating in a clean, persistent finish. An extremely limited production, it stands as a true expression of the essential and artisanal style of the young vigneron.
