HĂ©ritage Blanc de Meunier RĂ©colte 2019
The Champagne Blanc de Meunier Récolte 2019 by André Heucq belongs to the Héritage collection and is made from 100% Meunier grapes, sourced from over 30-year-old vineyards cultivated on clay soils in the Vallée de la Marne. The parcels are located in the villages of Cuisles, Châtillon-sur-Marne, Serzy, and Mareuil-le-Port, areas historically known for expressing the full potential of this grape variety.
The 2019 harvest was vinified in stainless steel tanks for the first fermentation, followed by a long ageing period of at least 42 months on the lees, contributing to the wine’s complexity and depth. The process is completed with zero dosage, resulting in a Brut Nature style that enhances the varietal identity of the Meunier.
The result is a rich and dynamic Blanc de Meunier Champagne, combining structure, tension, and aromatic precision, delivering a pure and vibrant profile in line with the Domaine’s philosophy.
