Champagne André Heucq
HĂ©ritage Blanc de Meunier
The Champagne Blanc de Meunier by André Heucq is part of the Héritage collection and the fruit of 100% Meunier grapes harvested from vineyards located in the Vallée de la Marne, more precisely in the villages of Cuisles, Chatillon-sur-Marne, Serzy and Mareuil-le-port. First fermentation occurs in steel and aging on its own yeasts for at least 48 months with a final dosage of 0 g/l - making it an Brut Nature - for this rich and dynamic Champagne Blanc de Meunier.
The Champagne Blanc de Meunier by André Heucq is greedy and classical to the nose because of the grape variety. You can perceive the rennet apple, the fruits cooked on a light background of jasmine, very expressive and typically well developed. In the mouth it is round and vinous, almost enveloping. The low dosage accompanies in a very discreet way the freshness of the wine and offers a surplus of volume to the whole. The finish is quite long, soft and characterized by a frank and refreshing bitterness that is a sign of its terroir of origin. It is a well balanced, round, seductive Champagne, which nevertheless affirms the identity of its grape variety and its terroir.
