The Champagne La V.2 by Voirin-Jumel is an authentic Blanc de Blancs, obtained exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. This multi-parcel cuvée represents an elegant expression of the Domaine, embodying with refinement the identity of the Côte des Blancs. The grapes come mainly from the prestigious Grand Cru villages of Cramant and Chouilly, territories deeply intertwined with the history and tradition of the family.

This edition, from the 2022 harvest, is enriched with 40% réserve perpétuelle, a stylistic choice that brings greater depth and continuity to the identity of the terroir. In its Non Dosé (Brut Nature) version, La V.2 is offered without any final dosage, demonstrating how the purity of Chardonnay can express itself in its most authentic and vibrant form.

On tasting, La V.2 appears with a luminous golden hue and a very fine perlage that enhances its visual elegance. On the nose it offers a refined bouquet, led by mineral notes and delicate accents, a prelude to remarkable aromatic complexity and finesse. On the palate it delivers a true symphony of sensations, where the citrusy freshness of lemon and the liveliness of Granny Smith apple intertwine harmoniously, leading to a saline and mineral finish that amplifies the purity and precision of the wine.
