Rosé Libre comme l'Air
The Champagne Rosé Libre comme l'Air by Vincent Bliard is the result of blending 75% Chardonnay, 5% Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir (of which 7% vinified in red) grapes harvested only from the Domaine's own vineyards in Hautvillers, in the Vallée de la Marne.
Harvest 2019 with vinification and fermentation in barrels for one year, followed by over 36 months on its lees with final dosage of 4 g/l - making it an Extra Brut.
This original and unexpected Champagne Rosé symbolises the creative freedom of Domaine Vincent Bliard, conceived by Vincent and Marie-Odile to offer a subtle but surprising contrast between powerful tannins and fresh elegance.
