Champagne Le Moulin by Sophie Launois is the result of 100% Chardonnay from vineyards of the homonymous parcel Le Moulin (Lieu-dit) of Oger, Grand Cru of the Côte Des Blancs. The small and exclusive vineyard from which it is produced was planted in 1947 by Sophie's grandfather, Léon Launois, and is managed according to the organic farming approach.Blanc de Blancs from the 2018 harvest, this Champagne vinifies and ages in fût de chêne for at least 36 months. The malolactic fermentation is done. Dosage 3 g/l (Extra Brut). Limited edition of only 1200 bottles
