Champagne Sadi Malot Villiere
L'Ă©quilibre
The Champagne L’Équilibre by Sadi Malot is born from a refined blend of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%), both cultivated in the prestigious Grand Cru of Verzy. The grapes from the 2022 harvest are enriched with a significant 50% of vins de réserve from a solera, which brings depth and stylistic continuity to the cuvée.
The vinification in stainless steel vats preserves the aromatic purity of the grape varieties, while the ageing on lees for at least 24 months helps define an elegant and complex profile. The final dosage of 1.8 g/l reveals an Extra Brut style, able to fully express the Champagne’s natural freshness without sacrificing roundness and harmony.
On tasting, L’Équilibre stands out for its suave freshness and a soft, dynamic palate. Notes of white fruit and citrus blend with a delicate mineral vein, while the balanced structure and lively mouthfeel faithfully reflect the identity of the Verzy terroir and the classic style of the Domaine.
