Champagne Pinot-Chevauchet
Généreuse
The Champagne Généreuse by Pinot-Chevauchet represents an authentic and radiant interpretation of the Vallée de la Marne, born from a blend of 90% Meunier and 10% Chardonnay grown on clay-limestone soils rich in flint, in the surroundings of Moussy and Pierry. Vinification takes place in stainless steel, followed by a long lees aging of at least 6 years after tirage, giving the wine complexity and depth. The absence of final dosage – Brut Nature – enhances the purity and expressive clarity of the wine.
On tasting, Généreuse impresses visually with its brilliant golden yellow hue and a fine, persistent effervescence. The aromatic bouquet opens with tones of white and yellow fruit, white flowers, and delicate mineral nuances. On the palate, it is fresh and enveloping, with hints of honey, golden apple, and fresh almond, closing on a precise and saline-driven finish.
A Champagne that tells the story of the savoir-faire of the Pinot-Chevauchet family, vignerons for four generations, and faithfully embodies the identity and generosity of the Champenois terroir.
