La RĂ©serve Nature
The Champagne La Réserve Nature by Palmer is crafted from a blend of 57% Chardonnay, 19% Pinot Noirand 24% Meunier, with a significant proportion of reserve wines (30-35%) that bring consistency and expressive richness. This cuvée ages for six years in the Maison’s historic chalk cellars, located 18 metres underground, where extended maturation enhances complexity and finesse. The absence of dosage – in the Brut Nature style – highlights the excellence of the Montagne de Reims terroirs, delivering a sensory profile of remarkable precision and purity.
The mineral tension harmoniously intertwines with the structure, creating a flawless balance that reflects the distinctive style and coherent identity of the Maison. The winemaking approach results in an authentic expression of the terroir, where freshness and elegance combine with depth and persistence.
On the palate, La RĂ©serve Nature is complex, precise and pure, with an enveloping mineral tension supported by lively notes of citrus, chalk and candied lemon, followed by delicate toasty hints. The finish is persistent and saline, leaving an indelible imprint on the palate.
