The Champagne Blanc de Blancs by Palmer originates mainly from the magnificent terroirs of Villers-Marmery and Trépail, villages in the Montagne de Reimsclassified as Premiers Crus, renowned for their elegance and freshness. These are harmoniously blended with Chardonnay from the Côte de Sézanne, which bring fruity notes and a touch of softness, creating a wine of refined complexity.
Made from 100% Chardonnay, this Blanc de Blancs ages for at least 5 years on the lees in the bottle, developing structure and aromatic depth. The Brut style, with a dosage of 7 g/l, enhances balance and finesse, highlighting the mineral character and the purity of the grape variety. The blend reflects the philosophy of Palmer & Co, focused on the authentic expression of terroir and the pursuit of harmonious taste.
On the palate, Blanc de Blancs by Palmer offers aromas of citrus, white flowers and almond. The taste reveals a silky and fresh texture, enriched by a chalky minerality of great elegance.
