The Champagne Rosé Solera by Palmer is a cuvée of unique character, enriched with a Solera of vin rouge over 35 years old, vinified in oak barrels. This extraordinary winemaking technique imparts rare aromatic depth and complexity, while preserving the precision, freshness, and fullness that are hallmarks of the Maison’s style.
The blend is composed of 48% Chardonnay, 37% Pinot Noir, and 15% Meunier, with a perpetual reserve of red wine accounting for 7% and a proportion of reserve wines between 30% and 35%. This combination of grape varieties and historic reserves delivers a refined, elegant aromatic profile, where fruity and spicy notes merge in perfect harmony.
On the palate, Rosé Solera opens with charming aromas of wild strawberries, red currants, and black currants, enhanced by delicate hints of vanilla and cinnamon. It is fresh and rounded, with a gourmet structure and a lingering finish that underlines its distinctive personality.
