The Champagne Amazone de Palmer is the prestige cuvée of Maison Palmer, a true expression of the excellence of the Montagne de Reims terroirs. The result of an exclusive selection, it is born from the union of fresh and concentrated Chardonnay from the villages of Trépail and Villers-Marmery, with robust and refined Pinot Noirfrom Mailly and Verzenay, creating a harmonious and rich blend.

Its production follows a meticulous artisanal process, which includes manual remuage on pupitres and the use of a Chardonnay solera from a réserve perpétuelle, further enriching the aromatic profile of the cuvée. After more than ten years of aging in the Maison’s cool chalk cellars, Amazone de Palmer achieves extraordinary purity and complexity, establishing itself as a Champagne of great elegance and depth.

On tasting, Amazone de Palmer opens with a rich and exotic bouquet, dominated by caramelized pineapple, sweet spices, and dried fruit, with elegant notes of candied citrus, toasted hazelnuts, and brioche. Aromas of dark honey, light caramel, and candied lime peel add depth, while a vibrant spiciness with hints of clove and white pepper enhances the aromatic profile. On the palate, it is full-bodied, mature, and intense, with a complex structure and a toasty character from the extended aging. The evolved notes of almonds and walnuts blend harmoniously with a balanced freshness, leading to a long, elegant, and enveloping finish, making this cuvée an expression of great refinement and aromatic depth.
