The Champagne Héritage by Laurent-Perrier is born from the art of blending that made Grand Siècle famous, bringing together several harvests and the finest Crus of Champagne in a cuvée of great prestige. Its identity takes shape from the selection of vin de réserve of the highest quality, chosen for their freshness, elegance and complexity, qualities that lend the wine an extraordinary purity and an impeccable maturity. It is a tribute to the patience and mastery of the Maison, where time becomes an ingredient and every choice aims to recreate a balance that a single vintage could hardly achieve.
This edition shows a skilful balance between 55% Chardonnay grapes and 45% Pinot Noir, coming from the finest Crus of Champagne and selected among vin de réserve of rare finesse. Vinification and maturation preserve the purity of the fruit and the fresh tension that runs through the whole, enhancing the character of each component. The blending of several harvests lends depth and harmony, while the long rest in the Maison's cellars helps to enhance its elegance and aromatic complexity.
On the palate, HĂ©ritage appears with a luminous white-gold colour traversed by a fine, persistent perlage that underlines its elegance. On the nose it reveals itself as complex and refined, with notes of fresh lemon, white peach and fruit in syrup enriched by toasted nuances of bread and grilled almonds. On the palate the entry is fresh and lively, sustained by an elegant structure in which freshness, refinement and maturity find a perfect balance, while the persistence unfolds long and rich in nuances, closing on delicate notes of flower honey that complete a unique sensory experience.
