Blanc de Meunier
The Blanc de Meunier Champagne by Mathilde Savoye is made from 100% Meunier grapes, harvested from 35-year-old vines located in the Lieux-Dits “Les Chapelleries” in Cuchery and “La Loge des Vignes” in Baslieux-sous-Châtillon. Both sites lie in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne, on clay-limestone soils that lend the wine depth, structure, and a marked sense of place.
This cuvée is based on the 2022 harvest and vinified entirely in stainless steel tanks, to preserve the freshness and expressive purity of the variety. After fermentation, the wine ages on the lees for 18 months, a process that enhances its elegance and enriches its aromatic profile with subtle, well-integrated notes. The Brut dosage, limited to 6 g/l, keeps the Meunier’s natural energy alive and strikes a balance between tension and roundness, offering an authentic and gratifying interpretation of the grape.
On the palate, it stands out for its direct and luminous character, revealing aromas of crisp white fruit, fresh citrus, and delicate floral undertones.
