Cuvée 00 - Terre Blanche
The Champagne Cuvée 00 - Terre Blanche by Leclaire-Thiefaine is a Blanc de Blancs obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in 2020 from the estate's own vineyards located around Grauves, a Premier Cru village in the Côte des Blancs. Traditional Champenoise vinification with the addition of 17% vin de réserve (Grand Cru), maturation on its lees for over 24 months and final dosage of less than 4 g/l - making it an Extra Brut.
This Cuvée presents intense fruity and white flower aromas on the nose; on the palate it is of excellent freshness, with a fine and subtle perlage. Spicy and dried fruit flavours alternate with a finish of just the right sapidity. A perfect Champagne for aperitifs with friends and moments of conviviality. Produced in a limited edition of only 4,542 bottles.
