Based in the village of Sermiers, in the southern part of the Petite Montagne de Reims, Champagne Perrine Fresne stands out in an area largely dominated by cooperatives. A young Vigneronne in her early thirties, she grew up within the family Domaine, where she inherited from her father both technical expertise and a deep understanding of vineyard work. From this foundation comes her desire to shape a personal project, capable of renewing the family activity with a contemporary vision and a clear production identity.

To develop her own path, Perrine took over 3 of the 9 hectares of the family estate, cultivated according to the principles of sustainable viticulture with the aim of fully expressing the character of Sermiers. The vineyard, planted mainly with Meunier (around 50%), Pinot Noir (30%) and Chardonnay (20%), is located primarily in Sermiers, with a smaller portion in Villers-aux-Noeuds, both classified as Premier Cru. This varietal and territorial foundation allows her to work with precision, balance and a strong sense of identity.

The same philosophy continues in the cellar, where Perrine oversees every stage of the process, focusing on limited production and high quality. The blends are crafted from the best grapes and vary according to the vintage, reflecting a dynamic interpretation of each harvest. Grapes are pressed separately by parcel, and vinification favors spontaneous fermentations, preserving the authenticity and nuances of the terroir. A young yet already well-defined project, notable for its coherence and distinctive personality.
