The Champagne Vibration ML by Elise Bougy is conceived as a cuvée with a strong sense of identity, designed to convey a sensitive and vibrant interpretation of the terroir of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, an absolute reference of the Côte des Blancs. Elise Bougy’s project, an expression of a new generation of vignerons, is rooted in viticulture that respects natural balances and in a vision of Champagne as a wine of origin, capable of expressing place and vintage without stylistic mediation.

This ML18 edition, base vintage 2018, is produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes sourced from Grand Cru parcels rooted in pure chalk. Vinification is carried out through spontaneous fermentation, without fining or filtration, followed by approximately 10 months of ageing in wood, combining demi-muids and fût de chêne, guiding the wine toward a measured and profound definition. After bottling, the wine continues with at least 42 months of ageing on the lees, with no final dosage, in Brut Nature style, favouring the utmost expressive transparency of terroir and vintage.

On tasting, Vibration ML18 reveals a taut and vertical profile, marked by incisive minerality and a bright, precise texture. Notes of citrus fruit, white flowers, and chalk intertwine with deeper nuances of hazelnut and subtle spice, supported by a focused structure and natural balance. On the palate, the progression is dynamic, with a long, saline finish that extends the expression of the terroir and confirms its most authentic vocation.
