The Champagne Chemin de Châlons by Domaine Vincey is a Blanc de Blancs from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested from an old estate vineyard - Lieu-dit -planted in 1968 and named "Chemin de Châlons" near the village of Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger, classified as Grand Cru in the renowned Côte des Blancs. Harvest 2020 with vinification and fermentation 100% in fût de chêne, no malolactic fermentation, no clarification, no filtration and maturation on its own yeasts for over 3 years with "bouchons liège" (cork and staple). No final dosage - making it a Brut Nature - for this extraordinary and structured Champagne Blanc de Blancs. Limited edition production of only 1,845 bottles.
