The Champagne Blanc de Blancs Millésime by Demière Ansiot is a cuvée born from Chardonnay grapes alone, the purest expression of Oger, a renowned Grand Cru village in the Côte des Blancs. Tended by a family of winegrowers for four generations, this terroir stands out for its chalky base and its remarkable vocation for Chardonnay, capable of lending finesse, tension and a marked aromatic verticality. The result is a wine that recounts, with coherence and clarity, the mineral and luminous identity of its place of origin.

This edition, Vintage 2021, involves winemaking and fermentation in steel that preserves the freshness and expressive purity of the variety. After the tirage comes a maturation on the lees of at least 36 months, during which the wine progressively develops structure and complexity. The final dosage of 6 g/l, in a Brut style, translates into a classic and balanced profile, able to harmonise tension and roundness without ever diminishing the varietal clarity that constitutes its distinctive trait.

On the palate it opens with elegant citrus notes, hints of crisp white fruit and a subtle, precise minerality that guides the entire aromatic weave. It proves full-bodied and ample, supported by a vibrant freshness and a saline persistence that extends its profile with great coherence. The finish, balanced and refined, faithfully conveys the elegance and tension of the terroir of origin, sealing a sip of rare composure and luminous depth.
