The Champagne Blanc de Blancs by Demière Ansiot is a luminous, crystalline expression of Oger, a Grand Cru village that stands as one of the territories most suited to Chardonnay in the Côte des Blancs. Tended by a family of winegrowers for four generations, this terroir rests on a subsoil of pure belemnite, capable of lending the wine an incisive acidity and a deep minerality that long ageing transforms into finesse and elegance. From this intimate bond between vine and chalk is born a sincere cuvée, faithful to the light and the tension of its landscape of origin.

This edition features a harvest base enriched with vin de réserve that lends stylistic continuity and depth to the cuvée. The winemaking and fermentation take place without malolactic fermentation, a choice that preserves freshness, aromatic nerve and varietal purity. After the tirage comes a maturation on the lees lasting over 36 months, while the final dosage of 4 g/l, in a Brut style, completes the entire structure with balance and measure.

On the palate it opens with delicate notes of white fruit, citrus hints and a texture that lets yeasty nuances emerge to enrich its complexity. It proves balanced and elegant, supported by a vibrant freshness and a saline minerality that marks its rhythm with great precision. The persistence is long and refined, sealed by a clean, vertical finish that faithfully conveys the tension and luminosity of the terroir of origin, the hallmark of a composure that defines its authentic character.
