The Champagne ETF14 #ecceterrafestigny by Apollonis is a cuvée born from the blend of 69% Meunier, 27% Chardonnay, and 4% Pinot Noir from the 2014 harvest. For this unique creation, only estate-owned parcels located in the village of Festigny were selected, from which the name ETF derives: “ecce terra Festigny”. A label that embodies the most authentic identity of the terroir cherished by the Loriot family.
This edition reflects with precision and originality the winemaking philosophy of Apollonis. Vinification is carried out with the utmost respect for the raw material and is completed with a long lees aging, enriching the wine’s texture with depth and complexity. The restrained dosage enhances its pure and elegant Extra Brut style, maintaining a perfect balance between freshness and aromatic richness.
On the palate, ETF14 #ecceterrafestigny reveals an intense and elegant profile, intertwining notes of ripe white fruit, candied citrus, fresh flowers, aromatic herbs, and delicate mineral nuances. The mouthfeel is vibrant, harmonious, and full of character, with a persistent finish that clearly reflects the soul of Festigny’s terroir.
