The Champagne Composition Rosé by Apollonis originates in Festigny, a village in the Vallée de la Marne, as a measured and terroir-driven interpretation of Rosé d’assemblage, shaped by the artisanal sensibility of Michel Loriot. The Domaine crafts this cuvée through a constant pursuit of expressive precision and overall harmony, with close attention to the natural rhythm of the vineyard and cellar practices that respect the raw material. The result is a Rosé designed to combine immediacy, elegance, and stylistic coherence, without sacrificing the clear readability of its terroir.
The cuvée is based on an assemblage of Champagne’s three historic grape varieties—Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay—with the addition of 13% Pinot Noir vinified as red wine, contributing to color definition, structure, and aromatic depth. Vinification follows a restrained, non-interventionist approach, focused on preserving freshness and varietal clarity, while the final Brut dosage supports the wine with balance, without overshadowing its natural expression.
In tasting, Composition Rosé reveals a fragrant and harmonious profile, marked by fresh red fruit, citrus notes, and delicate floral nuances.
