The Champagne Le Meunier des Trois Côteaux by Audrey Brocard is a Blanc de Noirs with a strong territorial identity, made from 100% Meunier grown in the Clos de Chassins, in Trélou-sur-Marne, in the Vallée de la Marne. The base of the cuvée comes from the 2019 harvest, enriched with about 30% vin de réserve from previous vintages, according to the Solera method, which adds complexity and depth. Vinification takes place without malolactic fermentation, with part of the wine aged in fût de chêne, to enhance structure and character. The minimal dosage of 0.8 g/l classifies it as Extra Brut, emphasizing its commitment to expressive purity.

In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow, enlivened by a fine and continuous perlage. The nose is intense and multifaceted, with notes of ripe fruit, fresh flowers, and light spicy hints. On the palate, it is taut and structured, with well-integrated freshness, a precise mineral framework, and gustatory depth that enhances its persistence and elegance.
