Perrier-Jouët

Founded in 1811 in Épernay by Pierre-Nicolas Perrier and Rose Adélaide Jouët, the Maison Perrier-Jouët was born from the union of two families bound by a shared passion for nature. From its earliest days the House looked beyond French borders, reaching Great Britain in 1815 and the United States in 1837. Guardian of one of the oldest bottles of Champagne in the world, over more than two centuries it has built a reputation for timeless elegance and refinement.

The true emblem of the Maison is the Belle Époque residence, an elegant house overlooking the Avenue de Champagne in Épernay, home to a precious collection of Art Nouveau art. It is here that the iconic Belle Époque cuvée was born, its bottle adorned in 1902 with the white anemones of master glassmaker Émile Gallé, which became the unmistakable signature of the House. In the deep historic cellars, amid silence and shadow, the wines rest and mature with patient slowness.
