The Champagne Brut Nature by Rémi Leroy is produced in Meurville, in the southern sector of the Côte des Bar, an area defined by a strong geological identity where Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils provide ideal conditions for precision viticulture. Rémi Leroy’s vision is deeply artisanal and focused on a faithful interpretation of both vineyard and vintage, with meticulous attention to ripeness in the vines and a measured, essential approach in the cellar, aimed at crafting Champagnes of tension, balance, and expressive transparency.

This edition, based on the 2020 vintage with 30% reserve wines, is the result of a blend in which Pinot Noir plays a leading role (60%), supported by Chardonnay (35%) and a small proportion of Meunier (5%). Vinification includes gentle pressing and fermentations carried out in stainless steel and oak barrels, with full malolactic fermentation. After bottling, the wine ages on its lees for 24 months and, at disgorgement, no dosage is added, defining a Brut Nature style that highlights purity and precision.

On the palate, this Brut Nature stands out for its clear and vertical profile, with aromas of fresh citrus, crisp apple, white flowers, and subtle chalky nuances. The palate reveals a slender structure, driven by incisive freshness and a savory backbone that carries the wine forward with coherence. The finish is long and dry, precise and harmonious, enhancing the balance between energy, depth, and expressive integrity.
