The Champagne Millésime 2008 by Pinot-Chevauchet is a Blanc de Blancs of rare elegance, the expression of an exceptional vintage, made exclusively from Chardonnay, harvested from Premier Cru plots located between Moussyand Pierry, in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. The first fermentation takes place in fût de chêne, with natural yeasts guiding the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the latter completed in spring. This is followed by the prise de mousse in bottle, with an ageing period of at least 12 years on the lees and a final Brut dosage of 3.5 g/l, which enhances the purity of the terroir and the refinement of the vintage.

On tasting, the Millésime 2010 stands out for its pale golden hue, animated by a subtle and continuous perlage. On the nose, it reveals a refined bouquet, where notes of white-fleshed fruit, toasted hazelnut, and delicate chalky hintsintertwine. On the palate, it shows a harmonious structure, balancing freshness and roundness, with returning notes of white flowers, ripe citrus, and a long finish marked by a distinct mineral character and a gentle saline note.
