This edition is based on the 2020 harvest, vinified entirely in oak barrels, where fermentation occurs spontaneously thanks to the action of indigenous yeasts. No fining, no filtration: only extended ageing on fine lees and a non-dosé disgorgement, bearing witness to a philosophy rooted in purity and essentiality. The result is a Champagne that expresses itself with honesty and precision, faithfully preserving the integrity of its raw material.

On the palate, Ozanne unveils a layered bouquet of candied citrus, white flowers, dried fruit, and mineral hints of chalk and crusty bread.
