The Champagne Blanc de Blancs Presle by Julien Prélat is composed of 100% Chardonnay from vineyards around 15 years old grown on calcareous terroir rich in marine fossils located in the village of Celler-sur-Ouce, in the Côtes des Bars.

The Blanc de Blancs Presle is a fresh and light Champagne, an excellent interpretation of the grape variety in the Côtes des Bar: a delicate nose of fresh white fruit, rose, and grapefruit with stronger notes of cream and hazelnuts and a delicate yet expressive taste with excellent freshness and minerality. A Champagne certainly to combine with raw white fish, carpaccio or steamed crustaceans.

2022 harvest with limited edition for only 6,700 bottles, 120 magnums and 5 jeroboams.

The Domaine Julien Prélat is located in the heart of Côte des Bar in the village of Celles-sur-Ource. It is with a love of well done work and a passion for wine that Karine and Julien offer Champagnes that reflect all the peculiarities of their terroir. Julien represents the fourth generation of winemakers in his family and applies a reasoned cultivation of the inherited land. His passion for oenology drives him to develop unique and rare wines, known as pure wines that fully express their different characteristics. At every stage of the production process, he is constantly striving for perfection, in order to satisfy his customers while respecting ancestral traditions.

Concerned about the land and the legacy to be left to future generations, Julien practises a quality and reasoned cultivation. Faithful to his principles, he is present in every phase of the life of his vineyards, from sowing to harvesting and the result is there to see: splendid vineyards and grapes of excellent quality. Julien vinifies each individual plot separately (lieux-dits) and keeps his wines in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels to ensure optimal product evolution. Ardent defender of 'Made in France', he only uses materials made 100% by French companies - true partners in his success.
